Data processed
The form may collect your name, contact details, service type, town, date, guest count, venue, indicative budget, equipment needs and message. Fields marked with an asterisk are required so we can respond.
Purpose and legal basis
The information is used only to assess your request, prepare a quote and continue the conversation you initiated. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical anti-abuse controls rely on the legitimate interest in protecting the form.
Recipients
Data is accessible only to authorised people at Saveurs & Events and technical providers required for hosting and email. The website and email are hosted by Site B.V. in the European Union. Form data is never sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Retention
An enquiry that does not lead to a contract may be kept for up to three years after your last contact. When a service is booked, necessary information is kept for the business relationship and then archived in line with accounting, tax and statutory limitation requirements.
